GMETX3520S Install 03

Recently I installed a GME TX3520S into my Nissan GQ Patrol, a 1989 model. I choose the TX3520S for several reasons, most importantly was the remote head meaning I had more options to mount it. For the base I wanted it in a hidden spot, less likely of it being stolen or seen my would be thief's. 

This spot was perfect, I mounted it so I could still access the antenna, power, rear mic and external speaker ports easily without needing to remove the unit. Removing the unit unfortunately requires me to unbolt the entire frame. But how often does one need to remove it?
