GMETX3520S Install 01

Recently I installed a GME TX3520S into my Nissan GQ Patrol, a 1989 model. Like with many owners where to place it was a bit question and decision to make. I wanted it accessible but also not take away too much space. I looked at several options including the obvious option being just under the MP3 player in the slot that the original cassette player was. 

Being a non-smoker and thinking it's a filthy habit the ash tray was of no use to me. In previous vehicles I used to store loose change in it, but since meeting my wife, who had kids from a previous relationship I seem to never be able to store loose change there for long. Often it's raided for school excursions etc. So doing some measurements I found the head of the unit would fit in there fairly well so out came the ash tray and holder and in the GME UHF.
