14th Tribe of Kobol Logoby *Majestic-MSFC

Basically this is the logo for my own Tribe of Humans from the Battlestar Galactica Universe.

My intention was to have this look similar to the Colonial logo for the 12 Colonies but also different. I decided that the Bird image was a Kobol original logo and both the Colonies and this 14th Tribe of Kobol used a variation of it, unintentionally. But I didn't want a plain copy. I think I achieved what I was after. I was inspired by a logo I found on the web.

The Backstory for the 14th Tribe:
Approximately 2,000 years before the Exodus of Kobol by the last 12 Tribes of Humanity and their Cylon creations whom became known as the 13th Tribe overtime, the original 13th Tribe of Kobol left the planet searching for their own world to call their own. Tired of the infighting by the Tribes and the subsequent wars, the original 13th Tribe set out in some of the earliest FTL ships and ventured far from Kobol. The journey was long, far longer than any of the other tribes had endured, lasting close to 1,000 years but their trip was paid off when they found a star system with 2 habitable planets and one moon. Settling these three planets, the Humans reverted back to a pre-technological civilisation and remained this way for close to 1,500 years.

Progress was slow but steady and soon the three groups came into contact with one another again through early space travel and the truth was learned as ancient artefacts from all three worlds were discovered written in the same language and carbon dating to the same time. With the truth that they came from the same planet in the far reaches of space a world called Kobol, the three civilisations worked together forming an united government with each colony having an equal say in the government with the intention to find their long lost homeworld and re-establish contact with their lost brothers and sisters of humanity.

No plan atm, I am working on other projects at the moment much older ones that date back to 2007. I'll get back tho this in all due time.

Nothing much really, it was a concept that I haven't expanded on more than what has been posted here. I have a few ideas for ships, but their concept are just floating around in my head with none of them reaching paper yet.

Nothing...so what kind of ships in the Joint Navy does the 14th have...I wouldn't be surprise is they use Tomcat like atmospheric/space superiority fighter bombers like a space version of the F-14 or there case the SAF-14
